WELCOME TO REHEARSe!

ARE YOU INTERESTED in having a registered nurse help you learn more about how to help prevent a future heart attack? If you’ve had a recent heart attack, you may be eligible for our online educational program.

With REHEARSe, a registered nurse will help teach you how to prevent another heart attack. You'll learn ways to live heart healthy and ways to enhance your self-care.

If you've had a recent heart attack or been hospitalized for heart symptoms, you may be able to participate.

• Information about how to live heart healthy
• Goals that match your lifestyle
• An action plan to live heart healthy
• Self-care guidance after a heart attack

What will you receive if you participate in the REHEARSe program?

• A computerized tablet to help you track your progress in an electronic diary
• Access to the REHEARSe website for online education from a registered nurse
• Follow-up from the registered nurse at 1 month after starting the program to support you and answer questions
